Check the floor, access and usable area
Look beyond the room count: ask about net and gross area, the floor, a lift and entrance conditions. A property described as a semi-basement or with a storage-unit title should not be treated as a standard dwelling. Have its classification and documents checked professionally.
Compare furnishings, communal costs and surroundings
For a furnished listing, establish exactly which items are included. Ask what communal charges cover, how shared areas work and what parking is available. Beach photographs do not establish private beach rights; check distances using the actual route.
Shortlist before your visit
Share your budget, room needs, intended season of use and essential features alongside the listing links you like. Each property page has its own asking price and details. Before deciding, arrange independent checks of the title, building information, condition and individual purchase terms.
