Start with Turkey. Choose a coast that suits you.
A search for “property for sale in Turkey” introduces very different coastal settings. If you have been browsing apartments in Antalya, Bodrum or Izmir, the North Aegean offers another region to compare. We are introducing Ayvalik and its surroundings; this does not imply that we have listings in those other cities.
Consider how often you will use the property, the seasons you will spend there, garden maintenance and everyday amenities alongside your budget. A place you enjoy on a summer holiday should also make sense for the way you plan to live.
An apartment, a villa, a stone house or land?
For an apartment, ask about the floor, access, communal costs and shared areas. For a villa, understand garden use, the complex arrangements and whether a pool is private or communal. A stone house calls for attention to the building’s condition and maintenance as well as its character.
Land and olive groves need a different assessment from a completed home. Title classification, boundaries, access and permitted use should be checked against the relevant records. Listing information is a starting point; arrange independent professional checks before making a decision.
Make your first conversation from abroad useful
Send the listing link, your approximate budget, intended use and possible viewing dates through WhatsApp or the contact form. These details help us begin a focused conversation about the properties that interest you.
Read the photographs, room layout, stated area, location and asking price together. Purchase eligibility, documentation and transaction costs need separate confirmation for the individual property and buyer.
